GOLF COURSES

While new golf designs may not be appearing at the same pace as in the 1990s and early 2000s, there continues to be a steady flow of new courses, both in established and new golf markets. Projects can range from simple short course and practice-orientated facilities to multi-course complexes that form part of a large resort or real estate development.
