Issue 34 of ASGCA’s By Design magazine now available
Issue 34 of the American Society of Golf Course Architects’ (ASGCA) By Design magazine is now available.
The Summer 2017 issue opens with a welcome from new ASGCA president John Sanford, while the Digest section includes a profile of a new Dye Designs course set to be constructed in London, UK.
The main feature of this issue focuses on Erin Hills, the host course for the 2017 U.S. Open. Toby Ingleton speaks with the design team responsible for the course – ASGCA Past President Michael Hurdzan, ASGCA Fellow; Dana Fry, ASGCA; and Ron Whitten.
This issue also features an interview with the 2017 recipient of the Donald Ross Award and ASGCA Past President Alice Dye, a profile of Adare Manor in Ireland, and David Dale, ASGCA, is the five to finish interviewee.
