US architect Tom Hoch is working with Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas, on its new clubhouse.
The clubhouse will include an open-air living and bistro dining area, fire pit, bar, golf shop, and locker rooms to service the club's sports facility complex. Through a concurrent design-build process, the Hoch team will create furniture, fixtures and equipment to give the space a rustic feel in keeping with its Texas location.
The clubhouse will serve as the anchor for Tascosa’s new sports facility, which includes a swimming pool, playground equipment, beach volleyball, youth soccer/playing field, basketball court, putting green, driving range, tennis courts and fitness facility.
“Tom Hoch's hospitality design experience made the firm a natural fit for the new clubhouse,” said John Dunn, Tascosa’s managing partner. “Our new facilities promise to enhance the member experience and cement our status as the best family-oriented club in Texas' panhandle.”
