The European Golf Course Owners’ Association has named the keynote speaker for its annual conference, this year to be held in London from 1-2 December.

Canadian golf executive James Cronk, whose role as managing director for Play Golf saw him create a strategic plan for growing the game in the country, will give two presentations at the event.

Cronk’s presentations will focus on growing golf businesses, and improving service. His second presentation is entitled His second presentation ‘The Five Keys: Consistency in the Golf Business' will and will outline the five steps he believes successful facilities use to keep ahead of their competition.
