Construction is underway on a Andrew Green golf course at Firefly, a new luxury golf and resident community in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

The private, gated community is being developed by Storied Development and Wheelock Street Capital on 700 acres of farmland around 30 miles south of Nashville.

In addition to the 18-hole golf course, which is expected to open in spring 2026, Green has also designed a nine-hole short layout. Supporting these courses will be a clubhouse village that includes a clubhouse, short-game area, hitting bays, teaching facility with Trackman technology, a restaurant, business centre and fitness centre.

The community will also include pickleball and tennis courts and a family club that includes two pools, learning centres, dining, a music hall and other activities for the membership.

Sixty founder members have been secured, who will have priority when selecting from the 407 single-family homes that will be built. Initial home construction is set to begin in summer 2026.
