Krause Golf Design has completed a renovation project at The Rheinblick Golf Course in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The design firm started to develop a masterplan for the project in 2011 and construction work began later that year.

The project included the reconstruction of all greens, complete renovation of fairways and bunkers, and the completion of a previously unfinished renovation programme on the course’s tees.
Festuca roughs were introduced to the non-playing areas at Rheinblick, helping reduce course maintenance costs.
Contractor European Golf Services successfully carried out the project on time and within budget.

“It has been a true pleasure to have worked with Krause Golf Design on our golf course renovation project,” said Gerald A. Beierschmitt, Golf Course superintendent at Rheinblick Golf Course. “Our desire was to improve the playability, strategy, and aesthetics of our 60-year-old golf course and bring it up to modern standards. David Krause was able to achieve all of our goals and the improvements have been simply stunning. The membership is thrilled with their ‘new’ golf course. I personally look forward to working with David in the future as we continue to improve our facility.”
