In a significant advancement for turf management, Lynkz Zoysia – a high-performance Zoysia variety developed by a BladeRunner breeding programme – has been introduced to the Asia golf market by Sports Turf Solutions. Previously identified under the trial name BRG-2, Lynkz Zoysia underwent a comprehensive three-year testing process in Vietnam and Thailand. Throughout this period, it consistently outperformed leading turf varieties such as Lazer, Primo, Trinity, P-110 and TifEagle. Lynkz Zoysia stood out for its exceptional texture, speed and low-maintenance requirements, needing significantly reduced water, pesticides and nutrients, which contributes to its sustainability in turf management.
